Terms of service

1. Who you are dealing with
The service is provided by Ultimate Vision Ltd, Gateshead, UK ("we", "us"). These terms apply to business customers in the United Kingdom.

2. What the service is
Enquiry capture and follow-up for garden trades: routing your website form, missed-call text-back and messaging into one enquiry log, sending a first reply to each enquiry within 24 hours of it being received, following up enquiries that go quiet, and sending you a daily summary. You decide all quotes and pricing to your own customers.
3. Free enquiry check
The free enquiry check is a short written note based on publicly available information about your business. It creates no obligation on either side.
4. Price and payment
£299 for each 30-day period, payable in advance. Prices are in pounds sterling.
OWNER TO CONFIRM: whether VAT applies and the payment method (Stripe payment link or invoice).
5. Cancellation
The service is monthly with no minimum term and no notice period. Cancel before the next 30-day period starts and you will not be charged again. You keep a copy of your enquiry log. Payments already made for a period that has started are not refunded.
OWNER TO CONFIRM: refund position for the first 30 days.
6. What we need from you
Access to your website form, a phone number that can forward missed calls, and a messaging channel, plus permission to reply to enquiries in your business name. You confirm that you are entitled to give us that permission.
7. Reply times
"Within 24 hours" means 24 hours from the time the enquiry reaches the log. If a channel is down or you have not given us access, we will tell you rather than count it as covered.
8. AI and people
First replies and summaries are drafted with AI tools and checked by a person at Ultimate Vision Ltd. We do not promise a particular number of enquiries or jobs.
9. Data
Your customers' details are handled as described in the privacy notice. We act as your processor for those details and will sign a short data processing agreement on request.
10. Liability
Our total liability for any 30-day period is limited to the amount you paid for that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
